At Venture Pilot we keep it as simple as possible so that you can get to the work you enjoy doing for your business. Once you sign up, an email will invite you to join our portal and download our app. From there we have a few questionnaires that capture your vision and help our team start building your business. Along the way, you track our progress via the portal/app and we will periodically check in with you.

As project items are completed, we will send drafts to you and start working on any edits you may have for us. Additionally, our project manager will coordinate a dedicated virtual assistant to work with you on important business set up tasks. You will also become an exclusive member of our dedicated facebook group where you can ask important questions and get to know other entrepreneurs.

Each week we hold a mastermind group via zoom which you can choose to participate to get even more great information! We then work to close out your project by finalizing all assets with you and ensure you are set up to launch!

Each startup is unique so there isn’t an exact timeline. Our team is dedicated to delivering the fastest service to you as possible and most projects take 2-3 weeks from the completion of the questionnaires to launch.

Never! There is no equity exchange requirement and all projects are paid for in full up front. Unlike many full stack launch companies, you retain 100% ownership of your business.

We have a team of dedicated professionals who are certified and hold multiple college degrees. All team members at Venture Pilot are carefully selected for their roles and have many years of experience working with startup stage entrepreneurs.
